Happy Fall, Crafty Friends, it’s Stacy from CraftaholicMomma up today on the Scrapping for Less blog with the first post of the new month focusing on products that celebrate that wonderful season, FALL. I live in Minnesota where we definitely have all four seasons and Fall is my most favorite. I love the colors, the scents, the animals scurrying about and most of all the changing colors of the leaves.
Today I have a card I made using a stamp set by Pinkfresh called Forest Friends. This is an adorable yet highly versatile stamp set. You could easily make cards for any season just by changing up the scene and the colors. The little hamster in my brain is already running a hundred miles per hour on her hamster wheel with ideas.
I used papers from the Echo Park Celebrate Autumn 6×6 paper pad for all of the layers. I even stamped the little bear on one of the patterns and fussy cut him out. The trees and sentiment were stamped using VersaFine Onyx Black Ink. Using the MFT Inside Outside Stitched Oval Dies made just the perfect aperture for the scene of trees.
